Start here
Pick the problem that sounds most like what you are dealing with. I will explain what it usually means, what to watch for, and the options I would consider, without making it complicated.
Severe pain, heavy bleeding, fever, fainting, or a swelling that is quickly getting worse should not wait for an OPD appointment. Please go to the nearest emergency department.
How I think about it
Some problems settle with medicines, a change in diet, or a simple procedure. Others need surgery. My job is to explain what is going on, what can wait, and what would make the most sense for you.
A proper diagnosis first
I do not rush you into a procedure. First we work out what is actually causing the problem.
The least invasive option, where it suits you
Laser and keyhole techniques can be very useful, but only when they are genuinely the right choice for you.
Clear recovery advice
You leave knowing what happens next, how to recover, and when to call.
A little about me
I have been operating since 2011, and I still keep learning. My training covers minimally invasive surgery, colo-proctology, hernia surgery, endoscopy and colonoscopy. Whenever it is safe and sensible, I look for the option that gets you better with the least disruption to your life.
